Program Description
Group classes operate off a single program written by our Head Coach so every session connects to the next. Every class follows the same format — warm-up, skill or strength block, the workout of the day, and a cool-down — with movements rotating across weightlifting, gymnastics, and conditioning.
Every workout is scaled to the athlete in front of us. First-timers and longtime CrossFitters share the same floor, with coaches making sure each person gets what they need from each session.
Coach Led
Every class is led by a certified coach who teaches movement, scales the workout, and pushes the room. No videos, no autopilot.
Single Program
Group classes operate off one program written by Brock, our L3 Head Coach. Consistent progression session to session.
Scaled For You
Every movement, every weight, every workout is scaled to meet you where you are today. Fitness has no age limit.
Open Six Days
Forty-two classes a week. Early mornings, midday, and evenings — find the time slot that fits your schedule.
