Program Description
Open Gym is the space members use to chase what group class doesn't fully cover — extra accessory work, technique drills on Olympic lifts, gymnastics skill progressions, conditioning at your own pace.
You'll have access to the full floor and equipment, with a coach typically nearby for quick questions. Best for members with a few months of CrossFit experience who know how to move the basics safely. Online access available upon request. (Final program details and schedule TBD.)
Full Floor Access
The whole gym is yours. Barbells, rigs, rowers, dumbbells — no class running in the background.
Self-Directed
Skill work, accessory lifting, mobility, an extra metcon — train what your body and goals call for that day.
Coach Nearby
A coach is typically on the floor for quick questions on form, programming, or movement standards.
Flexible Hours
Multiple Open Gym blocks each week so you can find a slot that fits work, family, and the rest of life.
